Former AI and Data Science Professor with 20 years of experience as an academician at several universities. He is known for his groundbreaking research, innovative curriculum development, and visionary leadership. He previously advised and led curriculum development for IT programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, focusing on AI, Data Science, IoT, and Bioinformatics. He served as Director of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Big Data and the Health Data Science Lab, leading significant advancements in education. He also plays key roles on the advisory boards of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute and the Digital Innovation Hub in Europe. He led a task force that established a major academic collaboration with Microsoft and Huawei Technologies to develop professional certification programs in Data Science, AI, and Big Data. This collaboration resulted in the integration of these professional modules into the Bachelor of IT program. He is now an Adjunct Professor at Multimedia University (Malaysia), United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), and Brawijaya University (Indonesia).
